PB Detachering

PB Detachering is a medium-sized staffing agency operating in the financial and public sectors, with over 40 seconded staff and a small but dedicated office team. Their ambition? To become an attractive employer and attract new talent in a competitive market. Together with Avancé, we developed an activation campaign that not only reaches the right target group but also powerfully establishes PB’s employer brand.

The challenge was clear and urgent:

  • How does PB Detachering ensure a greater influx of the right professionals?
  • How do you position yourself as a fresh employer in a sector with an image challenge?
  • And how do you make it clear that at PB Detachering personal growth, attention and job satisfaction are truly central?

De oplossing

We developed the creative concept “Always yourself, 24/7 – 365.” A campaign that taps into the need of millennials and Generation Z for flexibility, independence, and personal contact.

The activation consisted of several layers:

  • Strong brand identity: a consistent corporate identity, payoff, and tone of voice that bring PB’s corporate story to life.
  • Campaign tools with impact: striking visuals of real employees, combined with their personal hobbies and passions. PB showed that you can always be yourself with them – both at work and outside of it.
  • Online and offline activation: a campaign website with a match test, social media ads, and outdoor displays (such as bus shelters and billboards) ensured visibility and engagement.
  • Content strategy according to Hero–Hub–Hygiene: from daily posts to hero content around the start of the academic year, with which we structurally reached new target groups.

Result: PB Detachering stood out in a busy job market and managed to distinguish itself with an authentic employer story that activated candidates.
